Role

DATA SCIENTIST
Role
You will be at the center of RAM&Co analytical engine to carry out complex data analysis and modeling providing tailored quantitative solutions for our client projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Math Engineering or related degree programs).
More than two years of work experience in quantitative analysis and modeling at a top-tier institution.
Experience in and knowledge of modeling techniques, predictive advanced analytics techniques, statistics, econometrics, and optimization. In particular, advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical techniques, data mining and predictive modeling (regression, decision trees, neural networks, clustering, random forests, generalized linear models, etc.).
Deep experience with analytical software (especially R studio, SAS or SPSS), solid working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python), relevant programming skills, and database experience (SQL and NoSQL). Experience with Azure cognitive services is a plus.
Strong service-oriented attitude. Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment at all levels of an organization.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Role
You will help deliver software with high levels of value, usability, quality and predictability for our Fintech developments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent area.
3+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
Experience with building B2B and consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
Broad experience across the following application development technologies and in-depth skills with at least one: NodeJS, React, Go, .Net, Python, Ruby or Java
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or Google.
Hands-on skills working with SQL and No-SQL databases.
Experience in container technologies like Docker / Kubernetes a plus.
Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security.
Knowledge of Agile software development process.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
Able to work under competing priorities, manage expectations effectively and support the team under pressure.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development.
Distinct customer focus and quality mindset.
Strong command of English and Spanish languages (both verbal and written).
Able to manage own professional development and contribute to functional knowledge building.
